Shipping policy
Please note that our order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note as we are a small business, occasionally it may not be possible to ship your order on the same day as it is received and so we may not ship your order until the next working day.
We will always aim to process and ship your order as soon as possible. Please note that there may be delays in shipping order in evens that are outside of our control. For example postal service problems or public holidays.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer free shipping on orders over £100 in the UK only. Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping for international customers. All orders will be fulfilled by Royal Mail for both UK and internationally.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping worldwide. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery timelines for international orders will be between 8 to 20 days dependent on your countries postal service. All orders will be fulfilled through Royal Mail International.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Kitty Caller is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. If you have chosen a tracked service, we will include a tracking number in your order confirmation email which you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at thekittycaller@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We fulfil our order through Royal Mail post service. They deliver to PO boxes if you require this service.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. We also do not refund the price of the original shipping cost.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@thekittycaller.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
